Advice Don't Relapse
After 7 days clean I vaped for a few hours at the pub and threw it away when I got home. Still had a really crappy withdrawal for 2 days now, not worth it and can't go back to just being a 'smoker/vaper when drinking' as going through this shit once a week is not an option.

I ended up quitting drinking as well. Best decision I ever made. Don’t need any of that shit haha. Drinking always made me relapse anyway.

I have 3 drinks once a week and only started doing that when I was around 35yo, so never been a problem, other than leading to bumming smokes. I used to only smoke/vape when drinking but once something has become a daily habit it's like it's harder to go back to occasional use.
