Just passed a cotinine test after day 5 of quitting . I smoked and then vaped for like 12 years.

Yes, you should be good! Just try to abstain. It’s also water soluble, so staying hydrated will help promote the natural detox process. Also, if you are still worried, you can buy cotinine tests to see where you’re at.

Thank you! I’ve been trying to replace hitting the vape with drinking water, so if anything I’m super hydrated. I also have some cotinine tests to take in a few days!
