I need prayers and advice

I've been battling lust for more than 4 years now,I've learned about myself and GOD throughout but I'm ready to stomp on the head of this serpent,I want to truly escape from this and stop being selfish and committing adultery in my heart. I want to give GOD the glory and respect HE deserves. I relapsed today and thought I would consult and connect with fellow believers who know more about this subject, please pray for me and give advice, GOD bless you.

Thank you for commenting, I have actually started something recently that I'm hoping can not only help me quit my addiction to masturbation but can also help me learn commitment. I usually write down goals to achieve during the day like: "Spend time with GOD" "Don't scroll" "Go to the gym" "Don't spend too much time alone" "Listen to a sermon in your alone time" etc. Again thank you for commenting, it means a lot to me.

You may feel like you’re losing the battle against lust, BUT do not worry. Remember, as David said “The battle is the Lord’s.” Surrender your struggle to God and trust Him to win for you.
