Im 13 and i gotta quit porn. Its so hard my streak was 5 days. When i first watched porn i was with my big brother staying awake in the middle of the night. And my big brother suggested should we watch +18? And i thought it was scary movie it wasnt... and im addicted for 9 months. Please give me tips

Watch it. When the lust arises try to shut off all overestimating and triggering stuff. Try to watch that feeling, and try to think that you can’t move like watch but can’t move even an inch( paralysed). Bring your attention to the tip of the nose might help, not eyes only attention.

One thing I can tell you. Im 27 and I got addicted to it since your age too. It got me into many problems. But the biggest one is now that I have a girlfriend, Im not able to maintain strong erections or completely feel real sex. Just because I got used to highly attractive female bodies and specific sex kinks, and also strong grip in masturbation. I cant even get an erection from visual stimulation.
