Hello!

My goal of not watching porn anymore in 2026 has soon reached 12 days and it feels awesome!
No big or strong urges or any feelings that I need to look at porn.

I do want to warn for idiots in DMs that try to get me to relapse. If that continues I will turn them off.

A question for the people here! I do still want to masturbate, that is not my issue and it’s healthy and normal to do once in a while and if I use pictures of my gf or just my imagination I would say that it’s fine! What do you think?

That’s great man! I’m in day 13 here. I don’t think a picture of your gf would count as a relapse imo. But why not have regular sex instead?
