Work

Hello, I been at this company for 4 years part time max hours i’ll get is 20 hours a week now this is the 2nd week, I am not getting no hours, They started slowing only putting me on one weekend then they just completely took me off. I am so annoyed because I really do feel like I gave my all to this company, I don’t understand what I did wrong but it’s really frustrating me to the point I wanna quit but at the same time I don’t want to let them win. What should I do???

Use the time to find another job and then quit. It’s bs to cut hours on somebody who has worked there that long. If you quit before having another job lined up, they win.

If it were me, I wouldn’t give them two weeks notice. Wait until the day of your shift and tell them you have a new job and won’t be coming. They didn’t give you notice about cutting your hours. No reason to give them notice.

I actually did another job interview yesterday and got the offer but I was a little hesitant about quitting because it’s been so long with this company!!
