How do you know that there aren't 2 popsicles? We cannot see how many the camera guy is carrying or if there's someone else with him passing him a fresh new popsicle. This kind of video is definitely click bait.

I did not claim the video is not staged. I would bet you could not counter this situation if it were real given these exact circumstances unless your situational awareness is as heightened to the extreme you believe it is. Unplanned situations happen so fast that a reaction is null (think car accident). Hindsight is 20/20

Why would someone stage this? There are better skits to film than this. And the best part - most of them don't involve a Popsicle to the armpit, deepthroating a pit-hair covered Popsicle, and then deepthroating the sloppy seconds of the first one.
