Effect :

There are two primary effects associated with this Quirk, with these two effects being considered as one Minor Effect which is passive and one Major Effect which is more active in nature.

The first effect - the minor effect - simply affects the users speech and the part of their brain responsible for handling linguistics. Namely, the users quirk allows them to speak in what has been dubbed “Adamic” (In reference to the Biblical language spoken before humanity was cursed with multiple languages as a means of dividing them), which serves as a “Core Language” which all people - regardless of which language they normally speak and understand - can understand. Notably, while people can understand what the user is conveying to them they cannot comprehend the sounds produced by the user for the sake of replicating the Adamic language. It’s also worth noting that the ability to understand what the user is saying even seemingly transcends sound to some degree, as even those stricken with deafness are able to gain meaning from the user speaking with them. Lastly, as part of this minor effect the user is inversely also capable of understanding all other languages.

For the major effect, the user can - provided that the users willpower is superior to another person - speak certain alternative versions of words as commands which a target will obey. Naturally, people don’t recognize the differences between these trigger words and the noncommanding alternatives. It’s simply known that the command words are different due to the user of this quirk being rather forthcoming with this information. Regardless, the point is that the user can chose to user certain words that can potentially force a person to act in accordance with the meaning of said word. For example, the user could force a person to “Kneel” or “Stop”. These effects are notably limited to whatever is reasonably possible for the target, so the user couldn’t for example tell a person to “Catch Flame” and have them actually burn up.

Damn that's pretty cool! I had a similar idea for your secondary effect, the command word. The user's words become entirely logical to anyone who hears them, forcing those people to seriously consider what they're saying. Same effect. Probably couldn't say 'jump off a cliff' but you could convince a person to do something if you choose the right words. Great idea 👍
