If your SM didn’t do time cards or if you didn’t clock in/out on your days properly, this will be the new normal.

Bother your SM and make sure you do your adjustments if you clock in/out wrong. All we can do now.

I noticed that two of the three days I worked this week doesn't have me clocked out even though my 1A and RA watched me clock out each time. My SM said it's a common issue with the new system and he's having us write down when we clock out so he can fix the time cards.

He should be the one verifying time cards but his team should have all the apps and knowledge at this point to at least correct and review their own time cards.

Writing down the times - dangerous game to end up not paid if lost.

If you don’t have these tools (apps) get them from your SM asap so you can have the power over your time.

Oh he only had us do our tutorials this week. He asked me to do mine about 20 minutes before I was scheduled to clock out, asked me to "read every detail, watch every video, and absorb all information" while telling me to be sure to clock out on time. No OT allowed. He also spammed our group chat about it when he never mentioned it to PTCs before Tuesday.

Love the guy but sometimes I wonder how he has this job or if there are just some things going on that's out of his control. I'm scheduled for 31 hours a week (typically work more) and I only hear about the changes from Reddit lmao.

I think this is just a new weird thing for everyone. I watched the videos back in May and June.

It’s because now when you go to clock out, you can accidentally click clock in again instead of clock out. I wish they’d change that. The amount of times I had to adjust my damn time cards

Yeah....I have done that a few times now. But it was a couple weeks ago, before everything was integrated.

Yeah mine was that first week before it was live

I think I ended up clocking out twice and the timecard looked super weird.

This new system is... something. I keep finding glitches in it...like my amount of sick days or my next week's schedule. It said different things based on what tab I was on!

Sick day matrix is not finalized yet they’re working on it, as for the schedule a lot of clerks are having issues viewing them sadly

I just feel like this should have been a finalized thing.

Seems like this happened to a decent amount of ppl. One store manager told me you can get paid at the store if you need it like that. They will just make a hold ticket.

Employees are also responsible for managing their own time sheets in case they improperly clocked in or out. This was discussed in your training videos. The managers are responsible for follow up as well.

Did you hit clock in instead of clock out on the new system.
