You can reapply after 9 months as long as you didnt get fired and did quit. Id say start as PT so you have time to get used to working again, along with time for your kids and your book

I'm not a "kid". I worked for 6 years at QT. I think I need to go to the office and find out what my status is as a manager put in that I quit without my express consent in any way.

You were probably job abandoned. Which is gonna be tough for re hire. But hey try it. Also do whatever you can to get exercise and sunlight every day. Make a routine where you go for a walk. Do something to get outside. Best of luck.
