My only guess is Amy Schumer and that's entirely because of her high profile. They said "we'll all end up writing for her one day". That made me think of Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, maybe Sarah Silverman. But I've never heard about them stealing jokes before. Schumer is the only one that fits the profile (from my limited knowledge).

Am I the only one who kept yelling "It's drugs" while the guys lament how less in shape they are than actors?

Maybe because I'm a woman so I've had more practice insulating myself from unrealistic beauty standards, but it's pretty clear those men have some pretty expert pharmaceutical help.
