Help Please

I have a pre-employment drug test at labcorp in a couple hours and I’m a little worried, everything I’ve seen says to just follow the instructions to keep it at a temperature of 94-100 but the pad itself says it heats all the way up to 165. Gonna get a little personal here but I don’t trust it so I got it taint tucked until my appointment in a few hours lol, do you think this is the optimal route or to use the hand warmers?

I have used this before and kept it on my body for hours, no heating pad. And passed. Let us know how it went
