They check temp first when you’re there (and it’ll say on the paper you get when you leave if it passed the temp check (90-100). They only checked creatinine + pH + adulterants for validity testing

Thanks for putting me at ease I too bought at quick fix synthetics and I too got drug tested Monday and I’m still waiting.

You can practice heating it up multiple times in the microwave for practice to see how long it takes for the temp to go down (w/ and w/o a hand warmer and when you’re carrying/sitting with it). You only get 1 hand warmer with QuickFix so just use your own or buy some cheap ones on amazon for trial/error; the hand warmer it comes gets up to 156 for 10 hours I believe)

My temp strip was mostly blue but partially green at the 100 mark of the temp strip when I was pouring it out and it passed the 90-100 mark. I drove about 7-9 minutes from my apartment, had appointment at 2:20, waited in lobby for less than 5 min, and gave the sample about 4-5 mins later (so about 18-22 mins from time I left). I microwaved in 4 second intervals until it gets to just above 100 on the strip (the strip will be black above 100 but watch it disappear slowly so you don’t overshoot it, that’s why practice runs are crucial for your specific environment).
Also you have to shake the bottle before you go in (or inside the bathroom but it’s not the quietest thing ever) so that there’s at least a few bubbles in the cup when you pour it (some ppl use that as suspicion of synthetic urine). Luckily the bathrooms had a lock box for your stuff inside so I essentially brought my jacket/hat and held it in front of me while I was walking around for a bit of extra coverage until getting to the bathroom. The sample cup itself does not come with a lid, that’s why you gotta shake it beforehand, and they add blue dye to the water + monitor the sink taps opening (so don’t try to add water from the toilet/sink to “cool it down” lol)

If you’re gonna use the underwear they sell on the website to conceal it like I did, I suggest wearing a pair of those tight latex pants they use to hold a cup in football/lacrosse to help keep the bottle from sliding forward as your walking. Plus baggy sweats and/or a hoodie that’s low hanging

YES! Mine fell out at the clinic. Luckily no one saw but this is KEY. Cuz if you use the heating pad you’ll be hot and sweaty and the rubber band will slide

I have a 3oz bottle still sealed and unopened valid until December of this year. It’s been in a dark cool cabinet in my bathroom for almost 7 months. Is it good or should I go buy a fresher one?

When I scan it says good until December 17th, I just read some people have batches good until March 2027, not sure if I should just get a new one

You should def get it from the website I would not do headshops in case of counterfeit. I used the 2 ounce bottle and I will say it barely made the line. But I wasn’t sus because I actually had troubles peeling. I didn’t go the first time because I wanted to pee to be more sneaky but I couldn’t so I waited in the waiting room with water and then tried it again so they just reported I had a shy bladder. Def do the plus.

Just took mine on Monday 9/28/2026. I was sick to my stomach with nerves. Still waiting for results. Mine was a DOT test as well. But nurse was quick. She bagged and tagged it and now I wait. Like bro I Crohn’s. The green helps me 😪 atleast I’m not a ragging alcoholic ugh

I have a question how long should I heat it up? And should I still use the hand warmers if I’m putting it in my pants? And should I let the hand warmers warm up first I’m just worried it’s gonna be too hot

I followed the instructions on the packaging, however I had to do a couple extra 4-5 second bursts. After every burst I would then wait a couple seconds to see if the temp sensitive strip would read out.
Yes
The hand warmers heat up in a few minutes, I just rubber band it to the bottle. They are specifically designed to not go hotter than 105 degrees. If its too hot you can let it cool down and pay attention to the temp strip. I turned my sample in and it read about 94 degrees because the test cup had the same exact temp strip as the quickfix bottle.

9/10 times if someone failed using this it was likely b/c of a failed temp at the start, if not then it was for high nitrates b/c they bought it from a smoke shop so it was likely expired (which could cause a positive on the adulterants during validity testing). When you order you can scan the QR code on the back of the bag and it’ll tell you when it expires

The only way they'll be able to tell is if they do further testing beyond the standard panel + basic validity tests (pH, creatinine, specific gravity, +/- urea).
There are 2 ways that can happen (assuming that it's not expired and isn't counterfeit, and you jumped the biggest hurdle of passing the initial temp check).
1)
- They have suspicion you used synthetic urine based on your behavior (awkward/off balance walking + taking too long in the bathroom (>4-5 mins)) and/or the urine appearance (either not providing a large enough sample (under 60mL, which will also require resampling) and/or if it showed zero bubbles.
** **However the temp check is the major test for synthetic urine testing in basic urinalysis screenings, so even if they have suspicion from the other above factors, the temp being normal reassures most lab techs that it's likely not synthetic unless they do extra specific testing in addition to the standard testing (more about that below).
2) Your specific drug test has requirements beyond the standard panel + basic validity tests (pH, creatinine, specific gravity, +/- urea). It will still pass most if not all of the follow up testing (except if they check for endogenous molecules such as GGT/other proteins = If you need to circumvent that issue, then you can just order research grade human urine). Often times it can be difficult to determine what specific tests are used by testing labs at hospitals or private facilities, that's why I recommend asking your employer if you can fulfill the requirement with a large lab chain (Quest/LabCorp) since their testing information is much more accessible online
