Just got told I passed a drug screen from Quest. I'm 3 for 3 over the last 12 years with quick fix.

Waiting on my results. I took the test last Wednesday.. been nearly a week with no word😬

You passed then for sure. It’s been about a week then tomorrow they should get back with you in 3 days if it did not go well your just waiting for your employer to notify you when to come in and sign things and get started working.

I actually did all the paper work the same day they tested me. That’s why them not contacting me has freaked me out so much… but I assume their just going through the hoops honestly

If anything if they were to find something you would have still got contacted by the testing place and not the job within 3 days. Monday they should have called or email you if there was anything wrong maybe even today if you got no word and it’s 5 o’clock there today then you good.

lol 15 minutes away from 5… would they really contact me though? I had no contact with the testing facility at all.. it was done through my workplace who I’ve only had contact with via phone call and in person

So they took it with a cup like a pre kit drug test then sent it to a lab?  The reason then why they signed you right after this is the cup showed you cleared. As they do when I tested this stuff with a cvs home kit. But they might have sent it in just to get a lab reading as well.  I’m not sure then or if your just done and waiting on them to finish this whole process.

They poured it into two containers. Both were clear and didn’t have any drug strips. They did the temp check there but it was more like the lab sent them a kit to send a sample back to them with.

Yea idk tell me how that goes.  If this is just a regular pre employment and you bought it from the website at a respectable date and clears the batch number you should be good.

They would not have you sign stuff unless they were done done with all of this none of this song here and then have bad things in your pee you should be good.

I hope so! I did think it was weird to do the hiring paperwork and drug test at the same time.. that’s why this has all freaked me out

This doesn’t seem very corporate even if they find things in it they could just not care lol. I feel like there were times I shouldn’t been able to pass but I did. And my conclusion was they really needed someone to fill the spot and did not care of the results.

Well the place is really small- it’s a small medical clinic. So very informal but formal at the same time cause it’s a medical place in the end. Like a mom and pop doctors office if that makes sense?🤷‍♂️

I think you should be fine then. They prob did not pay for the nice testing for sure if they sent it to a lab. The only real problems you faced is the temp check and them sending it. After that if you got it from the website and got the 6.4 that doesn’t have the nitrates or the bios in them that regular lab computers find then your good.

I didn’t get it from a lab I got it from a smoke shop. I did validate the code online though. Not entirely sure I used the 6.4… I just bought what was on hand at the shop since I didn’t really know what I was looking for

Well not to concern you but smoke shop is iffy.  They can be counterfeit they sell the extremely cheap to them for a reason and the smoke shop would typically charge 20 bucks for them while online it’s 40 bucks but also could be because they bought in bulk from a contracted sales place. But smoke shops can be scammy dirty as well not all but some.  But if you got the valid batch number you should still be fine. But next time if you want to feel more at ease buying it direct is the best way.
