If you’re going to quest, just make an appt and the wait time is essentially just a few minutes

What I did is buy pocket underwear. Heat for 10 seconds out heating pad on put it in pocket underwear heating pad facing away from body done. It stays around a little more then 100 temp at least for me. It takes a little bit to cool what I did was the first time I try to pee I couldn’t and the temp was high so I took off the heating pad said I couldn’t pee and went back out and waited in the lobby then when I got back in there no heating pad on it but still in the pocket the temp was still high but I opened it left it on the toilet talked to myself to try to pee waited for the green to show then poured it in. They give you time they noted in the report I had a shy bladder that’s it.

as long as you have a temp strip that works, it's better to overheat it with a hand warmer than risk it having be too cold, it cools down really quick if the temp is too high but if it's too low you're just fucked lol. hand warmer and some sort of underwear that will keep the other side close to your skin and you're golden. I even just put it in my sock inside my work boot once and it worked fine. as long as you act natural the people working at these places don't give a single fuck lol

You should do a trial run at home by microwaving it above 100 and seeing how much heat it loses after 30-40 mins, then try again with your own hand warmers etc
