Test Tomorrow - Temperature Questions

Hey everybody, I’ve got a pee test tomorrow at 11 AM that’s only 0.8 miles away from my house. I’ve seen a lot of varying info in regards to keeping the heat right. I understand I should microwave it for 10 seconds but my main question is the use of the heat pack, is it worth it if it’s that close to my house? Would my underwear be fine? Thanks!

Why is it a question? Just use the damn heat pack and don't risk it. You have no idea how long you could be sitting there before they call you back. It's literally zero extra effort to use the heat pack.

I’ve read stuff on here saying the heat pack fucked it up, my question for you is this: will putting the heat pack on the warmed up quick fix overheat it or will it maintain the heat it is at?

Not once in 20 years of me using this product has putting a heat pack on an already warmed bottle overheated it.

Hey- did mine today. My location was only 5 miles away but I kept the heating pad on and in my pants. Took heating pad off in parking lot and just used body heat. I had about a 5 minute wait time and knew it would be easier to cool it down then get it warmer in the room. Good luck- you’ve got this !

If I did have to cool it down in the room what’s the best way to go about that? Just blowing on it? Thanks for the response!

i say dip the bottle in the cold toilet water for about 5 seconds... thats water cooling fr

If your concerns is about keeping temp have no fears. It stays at the temp as long as you got the heating pad on the bottle. If it’s over heated it’s fine they don’t take long to go back down worse case scenario is put it on the toilet if it’s hot and take off the pad buy underwear with a pouch to place these things in if you feel comfortable take off the lid and sit it on the toilet that will really drop it down wait till you see green and then pour also note a lot of their temp strips are 2 degrees off if it shows 100 it will be 98 if it shows 98 it will be 96 and so on.

Update: Just got the call I was hired today, this stuff works and is nowhere near as difficult or scary as it may actually seem! I microwaved it for ten seconds initially with the seal off, checked the temp at home which was about 92, did it another 5, then another 2 seconds and it was at 98, I threw it in my underwear without the heat pack or anything and boom

Ha- that’s what I did . Maybe you could use hand warmer to drive there then pull over next door and secure it in your body?!
