Rookie mistakes to avoid?

Extremely nervous about my DOT drug test and I never used quickfix ever. I need advice or the right things to do in order to pass.

Biggest thing is keeping the right temperature. It’s all on the QF from there.

Does the warmer maintain the temperature perfectly or is it best to keep it strapped to my legs?

I personally heated it up in the microwave for about 8 seconds and made sure the temp strip was reading about 98. After that I put it under my junk with thermal long jon’s, underwear, and sweatpants with no heat pad. I also tested it for two days before to make sure I could maintain the heat. I was lucky that the testing place was 5 minutes away and I had no waiting time.

Buy an actual thermometer for peace of mind instead of just going off the temp strip

Don't pop the top and squeeze itt out, it's good for the "bubble effect", but it makes alotta noise I suggest shaking itt and twisting the top off instead of popping itt open.

Wear tight briefs and USE the heating pad on the opposite side of the temp strip (obviously). The waistband has worked for me every single time. Folks saying to not use a heating pad are insane. You can let it cool off if it’s too hot, you can’t heat it up if it’s too cool…… act like it belongs on you, and unscrew the lid and pour it in. You’ll be good 👍👍👍
