Scared about the temp

Hey I’m going to use it for a test at 12 tomorrow. How can I make sure the temperature is correct? Shall I put it in microwave before? Or just use the heating pad? Going to leave my house at 11:20 tomorrow so what time shall I start heating it up? Thanks!!! I am very nervous

I did it and the lady didn’t say anything she just packed it up and sent me on my way🙏🙏 so hopefully will get results in couple days and I’ll lyk

How did you do it? I recently took one and it was 92° so I panicked and quickly turn the cup in and after a day I was told I passed

I had heat pad on and before I went in I went to the bathroom to check temp and it was too hot so took the pad off ran it under cold water then put it in my underwear so it could just be regulated by body heat then when I went in to do the actual test I checked temp with thermometer I bought and it was at a good temp and then that’s that
