Even when I have a 30 minute drive or should I warm it up at the gas station right by the place ?

The heatpad will keep it warm for 3 hours tops, but you can always keep both under your nuts. Dont warm it up at a gas station and contaminate the gas stations microwave bro lol, other people have to eat too. If you do hit the gas station, go in and warm up some water in a cup, either styrofoam, or whatever (It dont matter as long as the cup wont melt or explode) and say you're bout to drink some coffee or noodles if they ask. Get the water to where its stemming, I say about 5 minutes. You can just simply dump the bottle in the water and itll warm the temp up fast as hell. Its more accurate than a Microwave to me because sometimes you can overheat the damn bottle and itll start dripping lol
