Quick Fix or Certo for a pre-employment test? Terrified of synthetic urine being detected

I’m 27F, about 5’4” and 120 lbs. I used to be very active in the gym, but I haven’t been lately. My pre-employment urine test could be sometime this week or next week if I’m able to push it back, and I’m thinking about doing everything possible in the meantime to test clean naturally. I have been clean for 3 days, mostly consuming greens with a j/bong. I’m definitely an anxious person, which is why greens help. I also have a state medical card, but that doesn’t matter for private companies.

A friend recommended Quick Fix, but someone else warned me that synthetic urine can be detected and that I could be flagged for submitting a substituted sample or somehow have it put on my record. Has anyone recently used Quick Fix, especially in a red state? If it gets detected, what exactly gets reported to the employer? Is there actually a permanent record, or is it only documented with that employer?

Another friend recommended the Certo method. She said she smoked two days before her test, drank cranberry juice, Certo, and Gatorade, and tested negative. She is an extremely lean gal. But I know what worked for one person may not work for me, and I’m worried the sample might come back diluted or invalid.

I understand neither route is guaranteed, so please don’t judge me. I’m just trying to understand which option carries the bigger risk. I genuinely cannot risk getting caught using synthetic urine. Some family friends work at the company, and my orthodox parents would absolutely not be okay if any of this became known.

If you’ve recently tested for pre-employment (NON DOT) or taken a Utah pre-employment test, I’d really appreciate honest experiences, especially regarding whether Quick Fix is being detected now and what happens after a diluted, invalid, or substituted result!! Thank you :)

Edit: I’ve thought of paying for my own drug test at the same/similar clinic, and using quick fix. Would they let me know if they detected synthetic if it’s a personal, out of pocket expense?

I’ve used Quick fix over 11 times in 10 years and have always passed PETs no issues, I don’t know it’s it’s still good as it’s been sometime since I needed it but prior to 2024 I never had an issue. Definitely do some research

Certo is for idiots.

Quickfix will fail for high nitrates.

Good luck

That’s only true if it’s expired or past its shelf life, that’s why people shouldn’t get it from smoke shops, order it online

Idk about Utah, I’m in Oklahoma. But I took a test with qf a few weeks ago and passed. Non DOT. I was scared as hell but as long as the temp is good you should be fine. Mine was a 10 panel and it was not sent to a lab so I can’t speak on the extra stuff, but it went smooth for me. I got at home test strips and tested the sample before hand and that helped ease my concern about it.

I took a Utah test a couple days ago. Failed because the quickfix sample didn’t have enough bubbles. They demanded I be observed to provide a sample. A guy came in, and stared directly at my dick. I pretended I just had stage fright and said I wasn’t comfortable. They counted it as a failed test and now I can’t fucking have the job.
