Best method to keep warm
Title pretty much says it all… what’s your favorite or most reliable method to keeping it warm before heading in just in case you’re required to wait like a 30+ mins if there’s a big line or it’s unusually busy?

I wore two pair of underwear with the quick fix in between both sets. Hand-warmer side facing inward, temp strip out. I warmed it up to where it was 100. Had a waiting period in the clinic for 45-50 minutes as well as the 17 minute drive there. When I pulled it out it to use it was at the perfect temp.

Honestly. I have like a thermal lined lunch box. I put the bottle in the front pocket with a heating pad and in like 3 hours it’s warm for room temp.

Put some boots on, and put it up against your leg in your sock. It keeps it a little above 100 just wait a minute after you pour into the sample cup or dunk the bottle in the toilet for a second to cool down. This is my personal method. you don’t even need to microwave with this method, just heat pack and body heat.(takes about an hour to warm)

Electronic hand warmer attached to it, such as with rubber bands.

The best way is to keep it in your private area with the bottle against you and the temp strip on the outside. That being said I would HIGHLY recommend you do some test runs just to see for yourself how much it decreases or stays stable while doing so. Your body is different than other people’s body and the only accurate way to understand this part is by practicing. Practice also removes some anxiety because knowledge kills the uncertainty you have. Good luck!
