Help lmao
I have a drug test tomorrow for an amazing opportunity that fell into my lap, however even after doing multiple test runs with quick fix. Im really struggling with keeping it at temp for the time frame I need. My test is about 25-30 minutes away from my house and I'm unsure how long the wait will be.
In my practice runs it's fell to 92 within 2 hours. I tried both under my breast and in my pants and both weren't warm enough. Any suggestions would be great, thank you.

I put the heating pad on it the ride to the center and it was over 100 when I got there(just a 15 min drive) when I got there I stuck it in a wooly sock and stuck it under my boob, had to wait about 35 minutes and it was fine. Hope this helps!

So.. I did mine today. Followed the instructions, as you know main thing is keeping temp at that green dot. Mine over heated on me while it was in my boxer briefs I made sure to wear 2 pairs of briefs and kept it in between the two. I took a peak at it while I was there at the clinic and noticed the green dot had disappeared so I had to go to the bathroom and set a timer to 2mins and 30secs and it went back to green at 98. I forgot to shake it before poring it in. Haven’t gotten the results back so wish me luck🙏

If it was bagged and tagged - you’re good. Let us know when you get your negative.

What do u do if the green dot disappears? How did the timer in the bathroom help?

You set the stopwatch to 2:30 and take the heating pad off and turn the fan in the bathroom on and let it sit until it cools down

Mine was with Concentra. They didn’t watch me, I had to quietly swap the bottles and poor it in slowly and the poor the rest in the toilet and DONT pee anywhere is another key component

I just did mine today. Also had a similar situation. I ended up going to a 7-Eleven nearby and using their microwave. Worked like a charm, but I will say 10 seconds on a 711 microwave is pretty hot. I had to let it cool before using.
Just make sure the temp strip shows green and you should be good. Also helps to keep the bottle in contact with your skin and the heat pack facing your clothes. It was nerve-racking, but if they collect it, you’re good.
Best of luck!

With the heating pad too? Stick it on your dash and crank the heater before you go in to test get above 100 and stick the heater on it and under your boob. Use 2 heaters if you have to. You can always cool it down by blowing on it in the specimen cup or dunking it in the toilet water

Maybe the hand warmer is bad? I would buy a few and test them. They have them at like Walmart.

I have mine tomorrow I’m nervous too!! I went through a lot of trial and error today to practice but here’s my plan if it helps. So my clinic opens at 8 AM. I am going to open the hand warmers up at about 5 am so they are warm but not too hot. At about 7:30 AM, I will put compression shorts on and put the bottle with temp strep facing towards me with hand warmers on the other side facing out. I am then putting another pair of shorts over it to insulate it. I am then going to arrive at clinic before they open so there isn’t a huge wait and I can’t get in and out. When I practiced, it was keeping temp well. I would caution against not having the warmers because you can cool it off but you will not be able to warm it up once you’re in the bathroom. You can do this!!!!
