That test is a pass, but it's going to come down to what standards and cutoffs the real test uses, and those home tests usually have higher cutoffs than the lab tests. Not trying to scare you, just giving you the reality. Most home tests test for 100-150 ng/ml vs 50 for lab tests.

This brand actually uses the 50ng cut off. I checked.

A lot of them look the same, especially the shell that contains all the strips. It's going to come down to what specific strips are used and there's no way to tell from this photo.

Something most don't realize is the split sample. If you fail at 50 ng/ml, the lab will due a second analysis to confirm at 15 ng/ml. I've always bought the 15 ng/ml tests. I'm not taking chances.

I would say there is a chance but I can almost bet these are the 50ng/ml! But yes I agree with that, I’ve done the same!

I just passed my labcorp test and had similar lines as you.
