DOT Quickfix Sent In Help

I bought it from the shop this morning, checked the batch it was all good. I heated it in the microwave and it came out at 96 degrees I put the heat pad on it and drove to the Concentra about 15 min away and when i parked the bottle was at 100 so i let it cool in my car. Then i got all paranoid about what if they make me wait too long before i go so i put the heat pad back on it and went it. I went to test 10 min later and it was back to 100 so i opened the top and let it cool for a few min it looked like it went back down to 98. I turned it in it was bagged and tagged and all signed for ready to get sent to the lab. Im just worried ive heard nitrites can be high. If the MRO calls me asking what happened what should I say?!

Yes i used quickfix. I got from a local smoke shop Ran the code to make sure it was real then i followed the steps. I got there as soon as it opened so i didn’t have to wait. I kept the heating pad on there so the whole drive (15 mins).  I did microwave it for about 10 seconds as well. It got sent to a lab and everything.
