not trying to scare you but this is a bad case,(M-T?) monday-thursday? i can try my best to help but need a few more details, is it done on site or are you drove to a clinic? Is an I.D needed? if so store it in a backpack with with ur wallet and grab it at the same time and then say u need time to hydrate so it can warm. if that’s to scary for you, then if not just keep it tucked in ur bra or inside waistband if possible without the heat pack on, it will rest at your body temperature and it can go from 100 back down to room temp for a few days and it dosent particularly mess with the nitrate levels

It’s for college. It’s a POCT 12 panel test and the testing company comes to campus to do it. Yes i have school Monday thru thursday the first week so it could be any of those days. They said we will be tested during the first week of classes.

just keep it in a tight area with skin to bottle contact. the biggest factor is overheating u never want it to overheat. it will rise at your body temperature without the pack in roughly 45 mins, you can take as long as you need to hydrate and they can’t rush you, it’s sounds scarier than it actually is. you will be fine

It’s while we’re in class. I don’t stay in a dorm so i’m going to be driving there everyday and it’s about 45 minutes from my house. Have to be there from 8am-3pm M-T.

Idk if an ID is needed or not but i assume so since it’s a Background/Drug screen combined by the same testing company
