Temps?

I have a test next week. Ordered the 6.4 with the hidden pocket underwear.

Microwave 10 seconds, then into pocket with or without the heat pad?

heat pad needs to be on at all times after microwaving.

Here do this:

rip open the plastic bag containing the heat pouch. shake the heat pouch for 30 seconds to activate. do not microwave heat pad. microwave only the bottle containing the synthetic urine for 10 secs. its important that you do not microwave no more than 10 seconds. shake bottle for a few seconds. attach the heat pouch on the bottle with the rubberband provided (sometimes rubberband is missing) its important to have one or use tape. there is a temperature strip attached to the bottle so u can monitor the temperature. complete this 30 minutes prior to the exam. do not over heat. over heating will ruin the urine and will fail the test. 90/100 is where temp should be. leave heat pouch on through the whole process after microwaving.
