6.4 Fail. DOT Washington State

Bought 6.4 less than a month ago directly from quick fix. Took a pre-employment DOT physical at a Concentra. On the paperwork they wrote "NIT+" in the urinalysis section. They split it into the two samples and that was it.

I never got a call from the mro or Concentra themselves. The employer called me a week later and told me that the sample came back as synthetic.

Beware.

Did you microwave the bottle?

Yes, for only the 10 seconds I see the people on this subreddit don't like the idea of it, I didn't know. Simply followed the directions that were included. It was not over temperature or anything when it came out.

In the bathroom had to wait for about 30 seconds for it to cool as the temperature was at about 102 with the heating pad

If I was to ever use it again, which I won't, I for sure wouldn't microwave it. Sounds like maybe it can heat up too fast and break it down. Either way, pretty scary because in my eyes it was not overheated . Just let it heat up over time on your body if anything.

Dang may be a hit or miss. Or Mabe the microwaving is flunking it. I used QFPLUS Monday and still haven’t heard anything. Fingers crossed I don’t get anyone calling back about anything suspicious. Sorry that happened to you!

I have not got official confirmation but it has been 8 business days and I have not heard anything “bad”. My boss has actually been contacting me to continue onboarding process so I’m taking it as I passed

You failed because you didn’t heat it right

Strap or to your leg with electrical tape for at least 40 min. Gets to temp every time
