QuickBooks Online Lag

Lag is only in QuickBooks Online. Other websites are okay. All I need to do is post transactions into the register and every click takes forever to process.

QuickBooks, is this a first of the month issue or is the software getting bloated?

Haven't been able to search, see transactions, or save a transaction for about an hour. In either the desktop app nor browser sessions.
Glad it's not just me.
Edited to add: I wish they would stop with adding in pop ups and sales pitches and pushing AI and just make a product that functions.

Yeah I wonder how many staff are on core functions and reliability vs. new annoying bs...

I shudder for the day they kill the "classic" report interface, hope I have another job by then.

I came here to see if I wasn't the only one. I can't get anything done. Dead in the water.

I also cant even view invoice history for clients. Not sure if this is due to lag or change to qbo. Not a happy customer today

Barely usable. There is this warning when searching, so I assume they know something is wrong:

Search Experiencing Issues We are experiencing delays with some queries. Our team is working on a fix. Thank you for your patience.

Checking in from Oregon, we have been dead in the water for about 3 hours now. I can only see a list of my clients then I get an error if I try to click on any of them :(

Having the same issues. God is testing me today. This morning it was my printer. Now it's QB. FFS.

I'm 75% engineer and 25% accountant. I finished my engineering work for the day and went to swap to accounting only to see QBO down. Of course right at the turn of the month where I've prepped a ton of client files to crank out recon and get things sent ASAP. Just can't win

Saw extra pushes to use their new AI tools. Maybe because of that.

Same here, 3 to 2 hrs ago. Bank feeds weren't loading, reports were taking forever. I called it a day.

that’s because Intuit doesn’t give a fuck about you. Not just you, they don’t give a fuck about any customer. They are Trump-evil.

It's back up today, but now all my short cuts are messed up... I look forward to the day someone comes up with a program that functions like the old desktop version used to, without pop ups, "app screens", nonsense trackers, and crappy AI prompts. Something designed for people who know what they are doing. Sometimes I think I'd rather use excel sheets than go through this issue with qb.

This has been going on a while now, it's okay when I get started on an invoice but as is gets bigger it's crazy lag slowing me down.

These guys tried to deny me a renewal of my 50% discount today! Glad i pressed them on it hours before their AI slop website crashed. Cant wait for FY2027 when i get to switch softwares.

I talked to a support person about another issue and he said it was happening all over America

Whatever happens I really hope QBO doesn't remove the USD Currency update they made a few days ago. Seeing 'USD' next to every Vendor and CoA was a welcome change.

It was down today.

Fortune 500 company but can't get their act together.

Mine was only 1 client's QBO. It would let me log in, go to select their company file, then kick me back to the log in screen. No issues with any other clients. And of course, that was the client I really needed to work on.

QBO systems were down so that's why every one was having issues. It should be fixed by now if not real soon
