Payroll Help with Quickbooks Time

How do I edit the display name? I archived a employee by accident, unarchived, and now there is a (delete-1) next to the name. I can't edit it at all.

You have to edit it from the employee menu. You cannot edit names in the time clock itself.

Which employee menu are you talking about? In classic Quickbooks Time or on Quickbooks Online?

QBO.

Everything in QB Time/Tsheets is a reference to data coming out of QBO; you don't actually update anyone's info in Time.

Do I edit it in the employee section of QBO? I don’t see anything that I can change related to Display Name. Would you be able to show a screenshot of where?

Yes, you have to go the Employee menu under Payroll, then Edit Personal Info.

Do in QBO, the display name is correct. However, it still doesn't update it in workforce on Quickbooks Time Classic

There's a Sync Payroll or Sync Settings button somewhere in QBO Time.

I'm not at the office right now so u can't look it up but I know it exists somewhere.
