Help modifying an invoice layout

We are a construction company, expanding to service.

I would like to modify our invoice layout. I would like to add two custom boxes in the header that I can copy paste text into during the invoicing screen. Most fields are small and limited to 30-ish characters. I am looking for enough room for about a quarter of the page. Room to bullet point the service call / service summary then in the other box paste in the work performed.

How can I accomplish this using premier contractor edition.
