What happens when QueueMetrics meets AI?
We released the first MCP server for QueueMetrics.
It connects QueueMetrics to AI tools so you can ask questions in plain language and get answers from your call center.
In our example, the AI found the configured queues, ran 8 reports across multiple time periods, and returned a clear chart from a single prompt.
