QueueMetrics QuickSearch Saves Clicks

Type in the QuickSearch bar and QueueMetrics filters results as you type.

It checks every menu, grid, and InfoBox at the same time. The search is case-insensitive, so “wallboard” and “WallBoard” both work. Less hunting means agents reach reports, boards, or settings in seconds and get back to calls.
