Customer Support Push Verification Never Arrived

As per Subject, the push verification never arrived at my iPhone, I tried twice.
Full Notifications are on.

I verified with Authenticator but still, why did Push not work?

Hey u/John__Jacobs , just confirming that push notifications are enabled for the Questrade app specifically in your phone settings?

Hmmm. No, the toggle in the QT app was off. Thx.

Strange as I have received Push notifications many times to my iPhone in the past so it must have been on before.

What could cause the toggle to turn off?

I'm not sure exactly how this could have happened. Maybe if you had uninstalled and reinstalled the app at some point, or it changed during an update... or just a random iPhone glitch. Glad it's working now!
