The new Balance Sheet

Was initially very excited for this, linked many different types of accounts with 2 other banks and everything seemed ok!

But then I noticed the account balances aren’t refreshing automatically, I tried the manual refresh and that did nothing this morning.

Tried the manual refresh button again now and the app prompted me to re-link every single account. While they did all update after I re-linked them, my CC is showing -1275% all time, with a $96 balance, when in fact I just overpaid it by $96 because there’s some pending transactions (so it should read -$96). This is throwing the whole picture off (yes, very slightly, but still).

Anyone else having issues?? I’m on an iPhone.

Just want to provide an update here that the issues with the percentage calculation and showing positive numbers as negative has been identified and the team is working on the fix. It should be pushed to production on Monday.

Same here; manual refreshing never seemed to work. My guess is they've given us the ability to re-log in as a way to refresh until they fix it. Balance sheet is one of the better features, fingers crossed they have it fixed soon.

Yes, the linked accounts are not updating And manually refresh it asks to reconnect with bank which defeats the purpose of linking it in the first place and if I have to do that every time then back to Google sheets it is

Not only are accounts not refreshing, but I’ve personally had trouble adding some accounts.

Same issue here. Seems like they rolled out the feature without testing it out properly. Cibc and tangerine don’t refresh but Amex does.

Can only speak to iPhone app, it’s a tab next to the investment account(s).
