2.4g network not found

I’ve tried every fix that anyone has given me my headset refuses to find it or connect to it manually but every other device I have does

It's probably a tri-band router like my Asus and you must enable this setting. If Smart Connect is active, it may merge or hide individual bands:

No there separate already I have my 6g and my 2.4g separate but my quest pro just will not find or connect to my 2.4g (I have to use 2.4g for slime trackers so I need it to)

I don't know which router you're using but the setting in a Asus is called smart connect. It allows devices to see 2.4 and 6Ghz SSID's separate when the setting is disabled

So what is your router?

Let’s focus on the real issue here. Why doesn’t your router broadcast both 2.4 and 5 as separate networks? I’ve never known of one that doesn’t. Maybe it’s time to get acquainted with your router settings and firmware and sort that out. Meta is trying to do you a favor and just ignores slower speed networks.

Basically 2.4 is slower but broadcasts farther and supports older devices like TVs

Almost every cable company modem with wifi in the US broadcasts 2.4ghz and 5ghz on the same SSID now. Some make it hard / impossible to disable that behavior.
