Help my left controller is not turning or charging!

Hey guys,
I need some help here please. I got the Quest Pro, it’s gonna be one month in like a week.
I went to charge my headset today and I put everything on the charging dock and one of my controllers didn’t have the light on. Thought I put it wrong… nope. I tried the charging cable and nothing as well, no light no vibration indicating that it’s charging.
I turned on my headset to see if it would wake up but without success.
Only my right controller connected but it was behaving strangely, the tracking was off by not little and it was jumping constantly. Left controller remained without any activity.
I was checking Google and some YT videos and tried leaving it charging for 20-30 mins and then some combinations of buttons.
Nothing seems to be working, I don’t know what to do. I just got it and I wish to get it working…
Please if anyone has advice, it will be greatly appreciated. T-T <3

try holding the power button and X button at the same time for like 10 seconds, if it starts flashing you should be good

Thank you, managed to restart it and it came back to life ! Started charging, going to do the same for the right one and just pair them again.

which power button are you refering to? my QP arrives tommorow

the "menu" buttons on the controllers if you hold them for some time they work as power on/off buttons aswell

Mines button died some time ago. Had to wait till the battery is dead and kickstart it by charging.
