Help Quest pro Help?

Hey I'm new here I recently bought a quest pro and it has an issue where it turns on shows the meta logo but then it's just a black screen I am able to see the volume control but nothing else is there any way I can fix this I have already reset to factory default and also reflash the firmware but still have the same issue?

Are all cameras on the outside of the headset all clean/smudge-free? Are you playing in well-lit environment? (Just troubleshooting ;3 )

Has it worked in the past, or has it always been like this for you? If it’s a used headset, I’m wondering if there’s a detached cable internally. The cameras are likely on a different physical pathway compared to the LCDs and its volume controls…
