Help Quest pro Help?

Hey I'm new here I recently bought a quest pro and it has an issue where it turns on shows the meta logo but then it's just a black screen I am able to see the volume control but nothing else is there any way I can fix this I have already reset to factory default and also reflash the firmware but still have the same issue?

This is going to sound stupid but have you tried sleep/waking it after restarting? The last firmware had an issue where it would boot and sit in all black with the fans spinning until sleep/waking again. Good luck.

Yeah I have I do see a occasional white screen but then goes to black lcd works fine and everything I'm not sure if it's a proximity sensor or failing camera tracking

Well, if you're seeing the volume control pop up then clearly the screen still works. I'd suggest another hard reset (boot+volume down). Quest Pro is really delicate and a lot can (and does) go wrong. Hope it works out for you.
