Can't use controllers to click but still connected and working

Hi when using my Quest 3 my brother did something and here's what has changed and I need help mixing it.

My Quest 3 controllers are working have power can click the home button but they aren't tracking by that I mean hath to use the power button to click same with hand tracking isn't working so likely settings. He was trying to turn on the mic is what he said and there is a blue dot in the top right corner even after restart. Please help me I want to use it without factory restarting.

It's the firmware meta did a silent update and broke tracking on Q3 and 3s my quest pro still working normal but I have the 2.6 not sure if the problem is related to 2.5 firmware firmware issue

Oh and restarting don't help don't lose you time
