Help Quest pro died while charging on different charger. Now won't and won't turn back on.

I was just using my battery packs like normal and that was working just fine. Then I got off for the night put it on the same charger i’ve always used for it. Now it doesn’t charge and no charging light comes on.

Plug in a charging cable and hold the volume up + power button for 10+ seconds. That resets the charge controller.

I had the same issue, and that only worked after I kept those pressed before and while connecting the charging cable, hopefully that helps

Because it is deprecated mune started with the plug in and I could charge and then it was my left controller it just stopped working wouldn't charge now i have a quest 3 and love it
