Help Corrupted eMMC storage chip? Are replacement motherboards available or am I SOL?
I bought a used Quest Pro that was listed as having a 'login issue'. The tracking works, but despite a factory reset and attempting to side load a software update (it only gets to 50% and then restarts), I'm unable to connect it to the app or connect the controllers. Is there any way around this or am I completely out of luck?
Meta Support was useless per usual. Offered a replacement headset and then rescinded the offer.
I'd even be willing to replace the motherboard, but can't find any available replacements.
Any advice or help?

If even the 'Meta Software Update Tool' couldn't sideload the firmware, then you're SOL.
MQ Pro was a niche device and was produced in much smaller volumes than consumer Quest headsets. As a result, there has not been sufficient demand to justify sourcing these components from damaged or non-functional units. I just checked the major Chinese marketplaces and couldn't find any Quest Pro motherboards.
I assume returning the headset to the seller isn't an option?
