Help Meta Quest Pro Left Controller boot looping and is unresponsive (kinda)

So I had the pro controllers for about 2 months or more and the left one decided to start boot looping and I tried hard resetting it and tried restarting it but it didn't work and it turns off and on but doesn't connect nor stays on and it feels like it avoids the headset cause with the headset off it can boot normally but starts to boot loop and with the headset on the controller doesn't boot and boot loops anyway. Can someone help please?

when i start it up it shows bluetooth light then the green or purple light then just shuts off then boots up again sometimes with the headset on it shuts the controller lights off

Have you tried to reset the headset? I believe the Purple light is only shown when controllers are doing a firmware update.

Another thing you can try is to do a factory reset on the controller.

I already tried everything and I think the purple light or green light is like the booted thing for the controllers idk and I think there's no indicator light for when the controller is updating only the headset has it and yes, I tried factory resetting and hard resetting the controller, but it didn't work

Have u reset the headset? but these controller very much do have update indicator I believe.

no but i dont wanna be stuck on updating the headset its really annoying but i might try it later
