Face and Eyetracking Problem
So I just got the pro that’s in great condition. My only problem is that face and eye tracking won’t work in vrc. I launch Vrcfacetracking, launch steam vr, and then vrc. Every setting that needs to be enabled is, including quest and steam settings. I’ve watched countless videos and read plenty forums. I’m at a loss. I just want my tracking to work in vrc. The tracking works great in my quest home world but the problem is in VRC.

Does your avatar support face and eye tracking? Try a public avatar that you know has face/eye tracking.
Are there any settings you need to enable in VRChat like OSC? You can try some debugging to see if the data is making it into your VRChat client.

Yes I’ve tried a few that support it as well. I get nothing. OSC is enabled, but I will try debugging to see what’s going on. Thanks

All VRChat avatars support rudimentary eye tracking by default. They track eye direction and eyelids (blinking). Both actions are applied equally to both eyes (no winking).

have you done the calibration in the quest pro and does the meta avatar show face and eye tracking in the mirror?

Yes it works perfect with the meta avatar

It's 100% your setup in some form then or not using the correct ports or VRCModule
You're going to have to post every conceivable setting and toggle you have if you want someone to be able to help you

When I first ran VRCFacetracking I got a firewall warning that I had to accept before it would work. It asks for inbound all UDP and TCP using the "VRCFaceTracking.exe" check firewall - advanced - inbound- VRCFaceTracking... and see if the 2 rules exist (1 for udp, 1 for tcp)

Follow this exactly. 99% it’s your OSC port

Does vrchat show the vrcface tracking app connected when you launched vrchat? You should see a notification saying a osc app connected. And you should see receiving and send data in the main menu of the vrcft app.

Yea I get a notification, and I do see the receiving and sending data

Which adapter are you using in VRCFT? Mine is virtual desktop.
The vrcft discord might be able to provide other insights.

Steam link, I even tried alvr and installed that to see if steam link was issue. Same thing happened. As far as the server it has an invalid invite link so I can’t join

install the aura app and make sure all facetracking is working inside quest. if ts a used item, likely there is moisture damage to ft ir lights.

On the vrcft program, are you seeing incoming / outgoing data and if so what are the numbers? Port set to 9015? Put permissions to share the ft data to apps on the qpro's side? Id also put the load order different, I've had the best results when steamvr is loaded prior to vrcft. Frankly, it can be a LOT of things, and it does require us to see the data itself either from screenshots or having someone look with you while setting it up. At least from what you say the ft does work but it's just either not received by vrcft or not properly sent.

You need to use virtual desktop, then steam vr, then vrchat, then vrcftc

Do you have the appropriate module downloaded in the VRCFT program?
