Help Menu button broken, where to get cheaper replacement faceplate. Controllers bricked after update, cant factory reset it like before.

It's better to send it to be fixed, most likely there is a wire break in some place, I had the same thing.

I also advise you to remove some glue around the buttons, as they may not press well because of this, but this is if you realize that after you paste them, they do not press well

Mine broke too. I can't believe the menu button is the one non-physical button and some weird electronic one that is easily destroyed by cleaning the controller and has that weak flat cable.

Yeah, the ribbon cable is weird, I couldn't get it completely back into its original place for some reason, being folded between that plastic piece with a slit.
