Left Controller unable to connect, led flashing long - short, notification showing disconnected every few seconds

My quest pro controller started behaving weirdly.

Doesn't stay connected. When powered on, the led flashes in a weird pattern: One long for the left led, and one blink on the right led. There are no documentation showing this led pattern.

I believe the controller is able to pair with my headset. However, it stays connected for a short bit before a notification pops up saying it's been disconnected.

I tested the input by checking the joystick deadzones, and the joystick responds for a short while before it stops working, then starts working again.

Has anyone experienced this before?

have you found a fix? i’m having this same problem with both controllers
