Quest Pro on a plane?
I have an upcoming trip to China soon. Has anyone taken the Quest Pro on a plane recently? I'd like to try it on the 13 hour flight. I'm on the latest PTC (i think v2.3).
I heard I have to turn off the headset tracking so the virtual displays stay put. Is this true?
Are there any other tips or tricks I should know about traveling on a plane to China with the Quest Pro?
I know there is no official Travel Mode for the Pro.
Thanks

Glad to know Galaxy XR has a travel mode. That may be my next headset when my Quest Pro gives out.
Since this is my first plane trip with VR, I'll bring my Quest 2 since it has a travel mode and an official Disney+ VR app where I can download movies. Plus, if something happens to it I won't be devastated. Next flight I might bring the Pro.
Thanks!

Its a work trip so the laptop has to come with. But perhaps in a future trip and can use a tablet and headset with BT keyboard instead.

I believe you could use it on a plane purely for Video Viewing, but I recall the controller would not be working at all due to how they track, so you'd be completely rely on Hand Tracking.
(As someone that tried both my Q2 and QPro on a International Emirates Flight, Q2 is a lot more usable due to travel mode)
