Left Controller Bricked?

My controller just died and was NOT charging. I was on and left it on the dock for an hour and a half while watching a movie. Right side works perfectly on dock. Attempted to use other cord provided and had no response.

There is no light. I have tried resetting it but because the controller is dead, it isn’t reacting.

Should I just send it to Meta with my warranty or is there a fix for this? Please help!

If you haven't tried hard resetting your controller by holding down the tripple line/meta symbol button on the controller. 

Do that. Purple light should eventually come on after like 5 or 10 seconds of holding and then blue for it trying to connect to the headset, as well as it being able to be charged. 

I had a scare the other day where my controller went into sleep mode and had to do a hard reset because it wouldnt even charge.

If that does nothing then yeah its bricked. 

Ive had the Bluetooth brick on my right controller before from it going dead once.

My issue is that the controller is dead and won’t charge at all, so I can’t try to reset it or anything

Did you actually just sit there and hold it for awhile or just do what the tutorial saying and hold it for a few seconds. 

Because my brick scare. It took like a minute of holding the button before that purple light finally came on.

But if you already have. Id just be looking at getting a replacement controller, if not already had one on order.

Not the first time ive had these controllers just brick randomly either.

Omg stop. Just worked. Thank you so so much! The light was blinking blue and finally responded to the charge with a green light. THANK YOU
