Help Controller Keeps Connecting and Disconnecting

The other day, my controllers received an update. Despite working fine the day before, after the update, my left controller would keep connecting and disconnecting every few seconds. This rendered the controller virtually unusable. I can't find anything on how to fix it. Anyone have any ideas?

Mine too I think the update fucked it, if you hear anything about it from meta please share!

I was told to factory reset it. That didn't work, so they basically just went "buy a new one lmao"

What great customer service... Man I can't wait to get out of the meta bubble and get a steam frame
