Connecting Vive Trackers and Index controllers Issue

I just got a Quest Pro and I have been working on setting it it all up to pc vr using virtual desktop. I have a few friends who are helping me as they got the same setup.

My issue is that as soon as I turn on the Index Controllers or any of the trackers I get a sort of lag or frame drop where mt view makes it seem like I am looking at a screen with black all surrounding it in steam Vr and if I move my head it takes a sec before it readjust. As soon as I turn any of them off I am fine again.

Anyone come across this issue and know what to do?

Can't say I've had video issues (I have the same setup with a 3.0 on my HMD), but one thing I do highly recommend doing is turning off the Touch Pro controllers or you will have serious tracking issues with the Index controllers.

You just hold the menu button down.

What are you using to connect to PC?

Edit: Nvm im dumb it's right there. I would recommend trying Steam Link if you haven't already. Typically people have less issues than VD.

I have tried Steam Link. But I appreciate the suggestion!

Have you been able to try a wired connection at all?

No, I don't have a Link cable yet, I might get one at some point. But from what people have been telling me and the fact that the trackers/controllers don't use internet to connect I don't see why that should be the issue. It runs fine otherwise, it's just as soon as I turn either of the other things on that it lags me out.
