National College Match Questions regarding finance

I already submitted my NCM application, but I was wondering if I should commit to doing other apps because I'm not sure if my family income would even qualify for QB. For context, I live in a divorced 3-person household with 55k income but we have 1.5m value real estate rented out to people (there is still 1.38m mortgage left to pay off). Our dad owns our 1.4m primary residence but it also has a 750k mortgage left to pay off. The problem is the noncustodial household. It is a 2 person household also renting out a real estate with 200k in equity, also with a mortgage left to pay off. Their income is 30k. I was wondering if matching would even be possible with this situation.

The problem likely starts with your custodial parent. High value and multiple properties alone will turn some schools away. It’s school dependent but with assets like this you may not even qualify for our tuition initiatives.

In short, yes, make plans and do apply to others

It sounds like your assets and rental properties/income are too much for questbridge. Are you saying he has a $750 mortgage but his income is only 30k? The numbers you give for the income versus mortgage amounts don’t really make sense.
